How to learn to beat the Casino at BlackJack?

I would love to slowly learn the act of counting card and beat the casino at this wonderful and fun game. I’m not looking to win millions, i think that’s not the way of doing it, I just want to take this as a personal challenge, go sometimes to the casino and know that the odds are on my side.
Any website, software, anything to do so? Any advice would be highly appreciated. thanks
